Smash Blast · aquabeary · Last updated 27 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and aquabeary (“we”, “us”) for Smash Blast (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You do not own the game — you are licensed to use it.
An account is created for you automatically. You are responsible for the device it is on. Because there is no password or email login, access to your account is tied to your device; losing the device or clearing the app's data may lose your progress, and we cannot always restore it.
The game shows advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad to completion grants the stated reward. We are not responsible for the content of third-party adverts or anything you do with an advertiser after leaving the game.
We may update, change, or remove features, content, prices, and game balance, and we may suspend or discontinue the game or any part of it. Virtual items may be changed or removed as part of that. Where the game is discontinued we will give reasonable notice if we can.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, in particular by cheating or by interfering with the service or other players. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.
The game is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost virtual items. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
